- How do I know when my package will arrive?
- During checkout, USPS provides tracking estimates based on the shipping method that you select. These options include standard, first-class, or priority mail. These transit times are an estimate. We will work to have your package to you as soon as possible!
- What do I do if my package isn’t tracking?
- Depending on our shipping schedule for the week, it may take up to 3 days for your tracking information to update. If your package has been accepted by USPS but has not moved for several days, you can file a missing mail claim through the USPS website.
- What if my tracking information says delivered, but I didn’t receive my package?
- The first step is to ask your neighbors to see if it was delivered to their home by mistake. If it has not shown up within 24 hours of being marked delivered, please contact your local post office.
- Do you offer international shipping?
- Yes! These rates are calculated during checkout. We are unable to provide a shipping estimate until you have reached that stage of the order process. Additional fees may apply.
- Exchanges & Returns
- We do not offer exchanges or returns. We cannot cancel or change orders once they are submitted. Please make sure to double check your order before clicking submit.
- Incorrect or Damaged Product(s)
- Please notify us as soon as possible by sending us a message. All damaged and incorrect order cases must be started within 10 days of package arrival.
