Top 5 Shows:
I mean, BABY YODA. Do I need to say anything more? I love this addition to the Star Wars collection, and can’t wait to keep watching.
High School Musical: The Musical: The Series
I didn’t have high hopes for this show, but I ended up LOVING IT. I binged the whole thing in 2 days. I thought that the music was great, and the story line hooks you in. Here’s hoping for a season 2 that’s just as good (or better) than the first!
Forky Asks A Question
Disney Plus is letting my Forky addiction live on past Toy Story 4. I love how sweet (and oblivious) of a character that he is. I think that this show provides great explanations for kids, and reminds us how things that are so simple to us can be so complicated to them.
The Little Mermaid – Series
This one is more nostalgia for me than anything. I LOVED this show as a kid – I even had a couple of the episodes on VHS. It’s fun getting to re-watch it now!
Who couldn’t love this show? I remember watching it every week, and then getting SO EXCITED when the movie came out. It’s still just as funny as I remember it!
I had a VERY HARD TIME narrowing it down to 5 shows, so here are some other contenders: Lizzie McGuire (I can’t wait for the new episodes!), Recess, Kim Possible, Phineas and Ferb (PERRY!), Boy Meets World, and Suite Life.
Top 5 Movies:
A Goofy Movie
I love this movie so much! I love seeing how the relationship between Goofy and Max changes throughout the movie. Don’t forget about Powerline!
Atlantis: The Lost Empire
This movie was the first movie that I ever got on DVD! I still have it, but I’m pretty sure that I got Lip Smackers on the disc, so I love that it’s now available to stream! I still have my fingers crossed for a live-action version of this movie (and Treasure Planet!)
The Santa Clause
I know that it’s a little cliche to put a Christmas movie on here, but this one is a classic, and I love that I can stream it to watch it now, rather than to pull out my whole box of Christmas DVD’s.
The Lizzie McGuire Movie
Again, this is another that I have on DVD, but I love that I can stream Paola and Isabella anytime!
The Cheetah Girls
I could watch this one every day and not get sick of it! I remember blasting these songs on Radio Disney in the mini van with my parents. Such a great movie!
I had trouble narrowing down my list of movies, too, so here are some other contenders: Noelle, The Great Mouse Detective, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Treasure Planet, 101 Dalmatians, Hercules, The Proud Family Movie, That Darn Cat, First Kid, The Parent Trap (Lohan version, of course), Princess Diaries, Zenon, Smart House, Tiger Cruise (I used to LOVE this one!), and Stuck in the Suburbs.
