    • Our workload demand is always fluctuating; however, we work very hard to make sure your order is created and shipped as soon as possible! At the moment, please allow for 2 weeks for order fulfillment.

Shipping Information

  • How do I know when my package will arrive?
    • During checkout, USPS provides tracking estimates based on the shipping method that you select. These options include first-class, priority mail or priority mail express. These transit times are an estimate. We will work to have your package to you as soon as possible!

  • What do I do if my package is not tracking?
    • Depending on our shipping schedule for the week, it may take up to 3 days for your tracking information to update. If your package has been accepted by USPS but has not moved for several days, you can file a missing mail claim through the USPS website.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    • Yes! These rates are calculated during checkout. We are unable to provide a shipping estimate until you have reached that stage of the order process. Additional fees may apply.
  • What if I have not received my order?
    • On WishesandWizardsDesings.com, click the “My Account” icon (top right corner).
      • Click “Orders”
      • You can see the status of your order(s) in your order dashboard.
      • Click “View” to see details about your order.
      • Make sure your order information is correct including mailing address.
      • Look for the provided tracking number once the order has been shipped.
  • My order is Not Shipped yet
    • Our order fulfillment time varies, so please allow up to 2 weeks for your order(s) to ship. If 2 weeks have passed since placing your order and it has not been marked as shipped, please contact us.
  • My order was already Shipped
    • If your item is shipped, check if the tracking information is in your order details. Tracking information is provided by USPS and usually provides updates on where your order is in transit. USPS Tracking tool.
  • My order was Delivered
    • If your order is delivered but you have not actually received the item, there are a few things you can do:
    • Check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally.
    • Contact your local post office for help locating the package. You have 7 days to open a case with USPS.
    • Provide them with the tracking number, shipping service name (USPS), and your shipping address.
    • If you need more info to fill out your claim you can contact us for additional information.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • Wishes & Wizards uses Stripe to process our payments. Accepted payment cards include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club
  • Can I request an Exchange / Return?
    • We do not offer exchanges or returns. We cannot cancel or change orders once they are submitted. Please make sure to double check your order before clicking submit!
